Are you interested in having a horse at your party, gathering, or celebration? Our miniature horse CeCe (Sienna) is a fun and unique way to bring the magic of horses to your special day! She loves making new friends and is sure to be a hit with guests of all ages. CeCe is available for both indoor and outdoor gatherings, making her the perfect guest whether you’re hosting in a backyard, a community center, or another special venue.
1. Booking and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure the miniature horse for your event.
The minimum charge is $200, which covers the first 1 hour of the horse’s attendance at the event, regardless of travel distance (within 30 miles) or actual time used.
The remaining balance of all fees must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.
2. Hourly Rates
The initial $200 covers the first hour.
Each additional hour (or portion thereof) is charged at $100/hour.
3. Travel and Mileage
The booking fee includes travel up to 30 miles from Windfall Equestrian Center (Stillwater, MN).
Mileage beyond 30 miles will be billed at $2.50 per mile (one-way).
4. Event Conditions
The horse must be provided with a safe, appropriate space for the visit, free from hazards.
The event organizer is responsible for crowd control to ensure the safety of the horse, handler, and guests.
The handler provided by Windfall Equestrian Center must remain with the horse at all times.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may transfer the deposit to a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
6. Liability
Windfall Equestrian Center will provide a professional handler and take reasonable precautions to ensure safety.
However, animals may behave unpredictably. By booking, the event organizer accepts responsibility for any risks associated with animal interaction.
Windfall Equestrian Center is not liable for injury, damage, or loss occurring at the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Weather and Safety
In the event of extreme weather or unsafe conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, excessive heat, icy travel), Windfall Equestrian Center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule for the safety of the horse and handler.
