Lessons:
Cancelling your lesson is quick and easy. Simply log in to your account and cancel your lessons with a simple click. Credit will be applied back to your account provided that the lesson is cancelled over 48 hours in advance. If your lesson is cancelled within 48 hours of the lesson, credit will not be applied to your account. Memberships/Subscriptions:
In order to cancel your memberships/subscriptions, you must give at least 30 days notice before cancelling your subscription and cannot be cancelled until the end of the season.
Membership Cancellation and Payment Obligation:
Providing notice to cancel your membership does not terminate your payment obligation. Once a membership has been started,members are responsible for all scheduled membership payments through the end of the current season, even if cancellation notice is provided before the season ends. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current season, and all scheduled payments through that date remain due.
When your membership ends, all unused tokens, credits, and lessons-including lessons that have been booked but not yet attended-will expire and be removed from your account. Unused membership benefits cannot be transferred, refunded, or carried over after the membership end date. Any lesson cancellations done outside of 48 hours before your lesson time will result in a refund of client credit or a token depending on form of payment of lesson. Any lesson cancellation done within 48 hours of your lesson will NOT result in a refund of any kind. We do not distribute refunds in forms of money back.
Purchases made on account credit are to be paid the day of your lesson. If the lesson does not get paid by 11:59pm day of, an additional $10 late fee will be added.
Board is to be paid before the first of the month. If it does not get paid by the first of the month, then an additional $50 late fee will be added.
Horse Leases are to be paid before the first of the month. If it does not get paid by the first of the month, then an additional $50 late fee will be added.
