Windfall Equestrian Center is proud to partner with Windfall Equine Therapy Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to offer a variety of mental health, counseling and team building solutions for our community.
Our mission is to partner equine and mental health professionals with the unique gifts of the horse to offer hope, healing, compassion, confidence and strength to veterans and underprivileged children. Through horsemanship, our facilitators help to identify and improve an individual’s struggles with trust, mindfulness, empathy as well as communication and leadership skills. Children who may not have a positive role-model learn life skills such as problem solving, creativity, accepting accountability, personal control, and how to develop and build the foundations for positive relationships. Through the generosity of our community and the volunteers that make this work possible, we can make a difference not only for the participants, but for their friends, family and the community as a whole.
