We're looking for fantasitc individuals to fill these roles and more for the first annual Windfall Open House benefiting Windfall Equine Therapy Center!

#### **Front of House Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 18+
**Responsibilities:**
* Operate entry spinner
* Admissions and ticketing
* Handle cash box and online payments
* Greet and direct guests
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Float/Runner Volunteers **
**Age Requirement:** 16+
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver messages across the event
* Refill supplies
* Accept online donations
* Answer basic questions (e.g., event schedule, activity locations)
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Horse Handler Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 16+
**Qualifications:** Previous horse handling experience required (Purple Level or above for current students)
**Responsibilities:**
* Assigned to:
* Pony Rides
* Pony Encounter
* Manage activity lines and accept tickets/donations
* Ensure helmets are worn and riders are appropriately sized
* Assist with mounting and dismounting
* Confirm all waivers and liability forms are completed
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Midway/Game Attendant Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 13+
**Responsibilities:**
* Supervise midway games (e.g., hobby horse race, hay bale chuck, shavings search)
* Collect tickets and track leaderboard scores
* Award prizes
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Parking & Traffic Attendant Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 16+
**Responsibilities:**
* Direct attendees to designated parking areas
* Manage vehicle flow in and out of the venue
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Silent Auction Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 16+
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor auction tables and item security
* Guide guests through the bidding process and platform
* Report any incidents, accidents, or altercations to Event Management

#### **Office Volunteers**
**Age Requirement:** 18+
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the Event Office
* Provide logistical and administrative support
---
#### **Horse Soccer Riders (6 positions available)**
**Subject to Audition/Approval by Event Management**
**Responsibilities:**
* Ride horses trained to engage in horse soccer (kicking/running with ball toward goal)
* Demonstrate control, awareness, and safe play during the activity

#### **Parade of Disciplines Riders (8 Positions Available)**
**Subject to Audition/Approval by Event Management**
**Roles:**
* 2 Dressage Riders
* 2 Western Riders
* 2 Hunter/Jumper Riders
* 2 Liberty/Trick Handlers
**Responsibilities:**
* Participate in a demonstration showcasing diverse riding disciplines
* Perform a fun, engaging skit to entertain and educate guests

#### **Tack Race Participants**
**Eligibility:** Current Students Only
* **White–Yellow Level:** May assist with tack-up only
* **Purple Level and Above:** May fully participate
**Responsibilities:**
* Compete in a tack-up and riding race
* Demonstrate proper tacking, mounting, and riding skills
* Encourage good sportsmanship and teamwork
####**Set-up/Tear Down Volunteers**
** Eligibility: Able to work semi-independently with some direction (minors must be accompanied by an adult 18+ years old)
Requirements:
* ** assit with event set-up and tear down before and after close of event.
